We want to draw your attention to the fact that we collect and use any personal data that you supply because this is necessary in order for us to enter into and carry out any potential agreement with you as the customer. If you are a (potential) customer, we will use your data to send you a quote, determine which specifications or requirements a particular product or service should meet, deliver services and products or carry out activities on your behalf, send invoices, and communicate with you quickly and efficiently about the deliverables of the agreement. You are not obligated to supply your personal data to us. If you do not supply any data or incomplete personal data, we may be unable to execute the activities mentioned above effectively.

Transfer to third parties
To carry out a potential agreement with you, we may need to pass your personal data on to parties who supply us with parts, materials and products, or carry out activities on our behalf for your order. Moreover, we use a third-party server space to store and share our sales and purchasing data, including your personal data. Your personal data is, therefore, also supplied to this server space provider. In addition, we use Microsoft Office software and associated storage facilities for emails and other files. Finally, we use a newsletter service; your personal data is also supplied to the provider of this service.

If you regularly place orders with us, we will store and use the personal data provided by you to keep you personally up to date via email regarding our existing and new products and services and provide you with offers for these products and services. We have a legitimate interest in using your personal data to provide customers with information about our products and services. Every time we send you a marketing email, you can let us know that you no longer wish to receive these emails. To do so, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each marketing email. If you are a one-time customer with us, we will only send you marketing emails if you have given us prior permission to do so.

Retention period for personal data
If you have requested a quote with us but have not placed an order, we will remove your data after a certain period. If you are a customer with us or if we are a customer of your business, we will retain your personal data for a minimum duration of 10 years following the end of the accounting year in which our agreement with you has been carried out in full.
